My son got married, and I hired Chef Mark to provide food for the rehearsal dinner. We had a special situation with my daughter-in-law who is vegetarian and gluten-free. Mark went out of his way to provide food for my daughter-in-law and I was very thankful! He waited a long time while We worked the kinks out of the rehearsal and was ready and waiting when we were ready to eat. Everyone raved about the food and the presentation was elegant!
